    Colombia-born Mauricio Bach faced his fair share of challenges in building his own company when he arrived in America in 2002. After building momentum with janitorial and factory work, Bach pursued his entrepreneurial dream--and failed, at first. His determination found Bach returning to Colombia to finish college. It wasn't until he was back stateside, though, that he teamed up with his sister to build "La Vanguardia Hoy," a Spanish-language newspaper for Southwest Ohio which is now preparing to move to a 2,000-square-foot office in Dayton.
